What kind of information does Kiddie Kandids and Affiliates Collect?
When you visit our portrait studios or websites, you may provide us with personal or other information or data that you actively choose to disclose ("Active Information"). For example, as part of the services we offer to our customers, we may collect any or all of the following information:

- The name, address and phone number of the recipient of greeting cards, gifts or portrait products

Customer Address and recipient lists, as well as reminder lists, are never accessed by Kiddie Kandids and Affiliates except as requested by you. Such lists are maintained, along with credit card data and personal profile information, as a convenience to customers and are kept private.

Our Site's servers automatically identify your computer by its Internet Protocol address. How do I know that my personal information is secure?
This information is secured via several methods such as secure socket layer encryption (SSL). All servers including the Web servers are located behind firewalls, and no customer data is stored on any server with direct access to the Internet. All customer information and associated data is stored on physically secured servers. Access to customers' data is restricted to a select few employees of Kiddie Kandids and Affiliates and its service providers that have a specific requirement to access key information such as credit card information and shipping details. Access to the individual customer's data is available only to the end user by means of logging in and providing a username and password. It is up to the end user to provide a secure password; however, to help facilitate this, Kiddie Kandids and Affiliate sites requires that all passwords be at least 6 characters in length.
CVV (credit card security code) In an effort to make your shipping experience as secure as possible, we now require that you enter your credit card's 3 to 4 digit security code (cvv). Since the code can only be found on the card itself, providing it help to prevent credit card fraud.
Personalized Products
If you choose to personalize and products, Kiddie Kandids and will not edit, read or check your personalized text or uploaded images. In light of this, all users are required to read the terms and conditions as to the restrictions and liability of all personalization created by the user.
What is "phishing"?
"Phishing" is a scam designed to steal your personal information. If you ever receive an email that looks like it is from us asking you for your personal information, do not respond. We will never request that you share your user name, password, credit card information or other personal information through email.
