For Internet Explorer Users
If you are unable to upload photos and you are receiving an error about an Aurigma Uploader, it is possible that your uploader was corrupted and needs to be re-installed. However first, try clearing your cache by going to "Tools" in the menu bar of your Internet Browser, then click "Internet Option". A box will appear and in the middle of the box, select "Delete Cookies" and then select "Delete Files". Once you have done this, click "OK".
Once you have cleared your cache, simply close out of your browser and open a new browser, then log into your website and try again. If this did not resolve your issue, simply click on this link to un-install your Aurigma Uploader:
Uninstall Aurigma uploader
Follow the instructions associated with the computer system you are using. By scrolling down the link, you will see options for different versions of Internet Explorer. Follow the instructions associated with your version. Once you have uninstalled your uploader, simply close out of your browser and reopen, then log back into your website and try again. Since you just uninstalled your uploader, when you try to create an album you will be asked to install the uploader again, click "Yes" for the installation and resume uploading your photos! For NON- Internet Explorer Users: (Example: Firefox)

How to Clear Your Java Cache
Once you have cleared your Java Cache, simply close out your browser and open a new browser, then log into your website and try again. If this did not resolve your issue, simply click on this link to un-install your Aurigma Uploader:

Once you have uninstalled your uploader, simply close out of your browser and reopen then log back into your website and try again.
